Introduction

Propel Projects was established in 2020 and is based in Sydney, New South Wales.

Our founder and principal is David Risbey, who has extensive industry experience and has delivered many significant and complex projects as either a builder or developer over a 30+ year career in executive and project leadership roles, including working in tier 1 companies.

These delivered projects have a combined value exceeding $1 billion and include approximately 110,000sqm NLA of commercial high-rise base building office space, over 1,200 residential apartments and 35,000sqm of industrial complexes.

Our ethos is to drive projects forward and maintain momentum for the benefit of our clients.
